Steps to reproduce:

I config B2G for samsung galaxy SII


Actual results:

Can't it gives me access not permitted 403. When I use a proxy it gives me 407.


Expected results:

Should use other source or modified config.sh for blocked countries.

Not sure if this is still the case, but fetching the clone.bundle file shouldn't be fatal.  It's an optimization that repo does, but it should fall back to doing a clone.
