User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_2) AppleWebKit/536.26.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/6.0.2 Safari/536.26.17

Steps to reproduce:

Using a WACOM tablet, dragging and dropping an email onto the sidebar, I placed the pointer near the bottom to scroll down.


Actual results:

The scroll was so fast that it reached the bottom of the folder pane in milliseconds.


Expected results:

The folders should scroll slowly, and perhaps speed up after the cursor has been there for a while.

I know it's a minor request, but it drives my boss crazy. He has switched from Apple Mail where the speed was more manageable for him.

Agreed. This is still an issue in 45.5.1. It's a pretty annoying usability issue, and shouldn't be hard to fix.
