Details

For consistency reasons (since all the buttons in the library have icons) I think "Clear downloads" should have one too.
We evaluated that, and Stephen said this button makes more sense without an icon. You may ask him if in need of more details, but so far we don't plan to do that.

If this is a visual design I'm okay with it. ;-) I proposed that because other library actions all have an icon.
