The Terms of Service: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/terms-of-use Points to: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/Marketplace_Payments Seems odd that our privacy, terms of use are on the marketplace. The refund policy sounds like a document that shouldn't be publicly editable, but rather a quasi legal document controlled by legal and finance. Should it be a document on the marketplace like privacy and terms of use?
Being on a wiki doesn't mean it's publicly editable, for what it's worth. Sounds like a question for David though.

What's the status of this?
It should be on Marketplace. That seems more appropriate than a developer site.

UX of Marketplace: at what address should this bad boy live? m.f.c/developers/refund-and-support m.f.c/refund-and-support or some other permutation? If it ends up in /developers, should we add navigation for it, and if so, what/how?

Summary: Should refund and support policy be on a public wiki? → Move refund and support policy off of MDN and into Marketplace
Refund and support policy for marketplace for end users belongs on marketplace. I think m.f.c/terms-of-use The refund and support paragraphs are in the end user terms of use, and for the developer, in the developer agreement.
(In reply to David Bialer [:dbialer] from comment #5) > Refund and support policy for marketplace for end users belongs on > marketplace. > I think m.f.c/terms-of-use > > The refund and support paragraphs are in the end user terms of use, and for > the developer, in the developer agreement. At the end of those paragraphs on the ToU is a link, which is the one mentioned in comment #0. That links off to MDN, which is what I thought we were trying to undo. My assumption is that we're moving the content currently linked to on MDN into a URL on the Marketplace. Correct me if I'm misunderstanding.
