The submitter_app needs to be set up so crashes will flow from prod to stage. This can be a temporary set up, as submitter_app is on stage already and should come alive when we push the release later this week.



Selena volunteered to get this rolling so I'm preemptively assigning it to her.
I have a cron job running in my home directory:
