1. Title : While playing Music ,long press FF button, doesn't do fast forward
2. Precondition : Have music files/songs in device
3. Tester's Action : Launch Music App->play a song->LONG PRESS FF->song is NOT FAST FORWARDED
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : 
		1. Launch a Music app
		2. Play any song
		3. While the Song is playing, LONG PRESS FF
		4. When FF is pressed, SONG IS NOT FAST FORWARDED

6. Expected :  Whenever a FF is long pressed ,Song should be fast forwarded, it shouldn't be forwarded at the playing rate
