After switching from classic to modern theme the Navigation Toolbar shows up
below its proper place and is unusable, any URL you enter gets ignored and the
current page reloaded.
Reproducible: Always
Steps:
1. Launch Mozilla and switch from classic to modern theme.
2. See the Navigation Toolbar hanging between its place and the main window.
3. Enter a URL into the Navigation Toolbar -> Current page reloads instead.

Heh. After recently returning to nightlies, I was going file this myself. Nice
to see that someone beat me to it.
Verified dup of bug 78476 - [modern3] after theme change (only) URL bar and search
button alignment wrong.
