3. Tester's Action : Contacts >> Add Contact >> Click on Name Box                            
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : Word Suggestion blank Bar is displayin above the keyboard without any key input.

6. Expected : Word Suggestion Bar should be displayed only after atleast one input character.
