+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #821756 +++

It turns out that we'll also need "universal" component as well. A lot of packages come from that repo. I used to use official repos while testing, this is why I discovered this issue a little bit late. :/

stalled - we don't have space for this.  I'll add more on the Ganeti systems.  I'm talking to the storage folks about how best to add space in scl3.
resizes of the two puppetmasters on Ganeti are in progress.  They take a few hours.

Mirroring is complete.  We have 253G of mirrors now.

Is the 'restricted' component required?  It's much smaller than universe, but every little bit counts..
Per IRC, yeah, we'll need restricted for video drivers and stuff like that.
