Summary:  Move message count area to the middle of the taskbar.

I think the message count area looked oddly out of place, especially since
navigator has the following aligned together: progress meter, offline status
indicator and the security icon

I'm assigning this to Andrew, since he was responsible for getting rid of the
old dual taskbar.  Andrew, if this isn't your bug, please re-assign.

I'll attach a mockup (we love that word, don't we? ;-) of what it could possibly
look like.  I'm also aware of the bug out there where we can dynamically stop
showing the progress meter when it's not in use.

I think we should keep it at the same position it is now, but add some space
around it so everything doesn't look so mashed together.

I'm marking this invalid.  The new progress meter that blends in with the rest
of the theme when not active looks good.

xul change to a mail behavioral change. I'm not familar enough with the 
mail code to get at this quickly...

My comment was based on when the status bar wasn't as cleaned up as it is now. I 
was proposing the 4.x behavior, the unread/read message counts replace the 
status text.  

But, I like the way we have the status bar now. The unread/read info is always 
present. Status info is completely separate from message counts. Unless anyone 
objects, this bug can be WONTFIX.
