When I am trying to accomplish a goal and I don't know where to find the information I need, I want FirefoxOS to help me find it, regardless of the app or website it lives in, so I don't have to know what "bucket" to search in. As a busy person, I want a “personal assistant” to help me accomplish complex tasks, so I don’t have to sit down and figure it out by myself. When I am trying to accomplish something, I want to find the shortest route to my goal. If there is an app or website that can help me get there, I want to know about it. As a human being, I want to be able to tell a computer what I need and be understood, so it can do what I need. I want to express my need in whatever way makes sense to me.
