Steps to reproduce:

We recently tried to install new update, Firefox 18 I think.


Actual results:

Did not update, now Firefox crashes whenever we try to open anything.
Can run in safe mode.

Probably need help from https://support.mozilla.org/ to get more information to resolve this issue. Unfortunately the crash link you provided didn't get saved for some reason (or a typo maybe?).

Also, could you do an anti-virus scan of your computer? Crashes on starting Firefox 18 seems to happen to a number of people with a particular piece of malware.
