Description

1. Title : In Device storage menu, Refesh screen error when insert/remove SD card
2. Precondition : insert SD card
3. Tester's Action : 
   1) Settings - Device storage - Remove SD card 
   2) After (1), insert SD card - backlight off - backlight on
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : 
   1) Clear Device Storage information -> Is it normal?
   2) Device Storage information doesn't refesh until bascklight on 
6. Expected : Do not clear device storage info if this menu display only internal memory not sd card
7. Reproducibility: Y
1)Frequency Rate : 100%
8. Gaia revision : 7b8dea7e7ec377a2143151bbe5e9998d87f7b36d

If you want this bug to land in v1.1 branch, you should have to request leo? flag or gaia-appproval-v1? after landing on master

Anyway, I changed the flag to leo? in porject flags.
