Gia has been absent for a year and his svn account is disabled, he needs his LDAP account to be able to commit to svn as part of the localizers group, he got svn access in bug 362087 but I think his LDAP account was changed from giasher@telenet.ge to giasher@gmail.com in Bug 730655

Please give giasher@gmail.com svn commit rights as part of the localizers group and check that we only have one account for him (giasher@gmail.com).

Bad news:
unfortunately problem stays (seems some crazy property in my configuration)
