Details

STR: - open bug - open splinter review in a new tab - click "all files" - drag the splinter tab to a new window (separate) - click overview - switch review flag to + - write some overview comment Actual: cannot press any of Public or Cancel buttons, since those are disabled Expected: button enabled. Sad is that refresh deletes the overview comment, since it is not saved periodically. It could be another reported bug, actually!
