Build ID: 20130116073211
Steps to reproduce:
Started Thunderbird 17.0.2 on Mac OSX, with Lightning 1.9 and Provider for Google Calendar 0.18.
Actual results:
The google calendars prompt for account access prior to the master password prompt. All the account details are saved and manged by the master password. The google calendar prompts do not display the account name or ID, so it's impossible to know what account details to enter. There are multiple google calendar accounts configured in my setup.
Expected results:
The google calendar system should wait for the master password prompt or the master password prompt should appear prior to any add-on startup.

There has been a major rewrite of the Provider for Google Calendar between version 0.32 and 1.0. A vast number of bugs have been fixed during this rewrite, therefore I am closing lots of old bugs that I think might either be fixed or no longer apply to the latest version.
Please read the updated FAQ [1] for details on known issues. If you can reproduce your issue with the latest version of the Provider for Google Calendar and you can't find an existing bug that handles your case, please reopen this issue.
Thank you for your understanding.
