**DESCRIPTION**
User cannot attach attachements to new emails, and attachments to emails the user forwards are removed. This is expected 'out of the box' functionality for end users and its omission severely impedes the viability of the current email application.

This seems like a duplicate of bug 824749.

Also, can you clarify what you mean by "attachment"?  Images, music, videos, other?  Noting that device-storage is only capable of handling images, music, and videos and that the relevant apps may need to be extended to provide picker functionality, which was much of the reason this was punted on for v1.

yes i agree 50% of it is a duplicate of Bug 824749  (User cannot attach attachements to new emails)
the other 50% is a duplicate of Bug 828294 (attachments to emails the user forwards are removed)

As it seams that we can only make the bug as being a duplicate of one other bug I will mark it as duplicate of 824749 ...with the acknowledgement that it is really also a duplicate of 828294.
