83476 - Outgoing mail server preferences not honored when sending new messages or sometimes when replying

When mail accounts are setup to use specific outgoing mail servers, new messages
with from lines associated with those mail accounts always default to using the
default outgoing mail server, ignoring the preferences set for each unique account.

Looks like this is an account set up problem.  reassign to me if you don't think 
so.

Please give more details on your scenario since I have been unable to reproduce
the problem. 

- how many accounts are in your profile
- are you using POP or IMAP
- how are the messages created? Do you select the account, create a new message
and send the message without changing the From: entry or or do you change it to
a different account?
- where are you seeing the "new messages with from lines associated with those
mail accounts always default to using the default outgoing mail server"? Is it
in the message pane? What appears in the message source (select View|Message
Source)?
- An SMTP log might also be helpful. For instructions on creating an SMTP log
file go to http://www.mozilla.org/quality/mailnews/mail-troubleshoot.html and
select the "IMAP, POP, NNTP, SMTP Protocol Logs" link.
