LESS should just be required. elasticsearch is required. Sane defaults in our default settings_local files. Let's go through the entire installation process, and identify the requirements ahead of time and not on the Getting Fancy page.

We should remove the ubuntu stuff also. There's no need to have both OS's in one set of docs.
Is there any docs from mana/internal that can be moved out to the public?
