A follow-up action for Bluetooth A2DP profile. This is not for V1 tracking. STR: Turn on/off screen while playing A2DP music, which creates Bluetooth A2dp sound glitches.

This issue is related to screen on/off early suspend, wake up. It could affect CPU usage in a very short time. To fix it, i think one of solution is to add performance lock. I can observe unagi with this kind of problem. But in general, this can be platform dependent.

This might require to have performance lock in kernel. We might not be able to fix in gecko/gaia.
