Steps to reproduce:
1.plug the headset;
2.go into FM and unplug the headset when initializing;

Expected results:
1.FM radio is not started.

Actual results:
1.the noise sound is sent out through phone speaker.

Firefox_Mozilla, could you please explain why this bug is considered a v1 release blocker?  I agree it's not ideal but does it cause certification issues for example?

I concur with Michael (comment 2), any more details about the actual results? e.g. How long is the noise played? Is it the radio playing or any other kind of sound?

With current information is not a blocker imho.

Sorry for my jump in!
I tried to use test device(unagi) to reproduce this case.
But I cannot reproduce it. Did it be fixed?
Can anyone reproduce this case now?
