**DESCRIPTION**
There is no visible distinction between events in the past or the future. This distraction is hugely important for end user orientation when using the calendar. It is also expected out of the box presentation for end users of a Calendar, and its omission severely impedes the viability of the current Calendar application.

[TEF_REQ] as feature required for TEF build.

Hi Jason 

I am reopening this bug. why:

809443 is referring solely the Month view, and is specifically stating that days in the past should have a very light grey background (which UX considers fixed). It is not detailing anything to do with events.

This bug on the other hand is completely centric on events that the end user has input into their calendar and are visible in month, week and day views. It states that 'there is no visible distinction between events in the past or the future'.

Therefore these bugs are clearly not duplicates of each other.

Sorry, but I don't understand. You need to be a bit more clear about what the bug is then. What views are you talking about? Where? Why?

The bug title and description feels way too vague at this point to take this forward.
