Steps to reproduce:
Tried to use okular instead of pdf.js... first, noticed that all 2 PDF applications were set to "Always ask"; yet FF never asked.
Actual results:
I set them all to use okular; but pdf.js still insists on being the PDF viewer.
Expected results:
okular should be invoked instead of pdf.js
Sigh. Three PDF selections together and "Portable Document Format" several entries down the list. Changed that one and okular now grabs the document.
