This happens everytime mozilla is resident. No problem when not using the turbo
mode.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run mozilla -turbo
2. Start Mail client. Open a message with a link to a url (I used cathleen's
5/31 performance agenda message as test case).
3. Left click on the link

Actual Results:  There is network activity but no browser window opens
(actually, the page is loaded in a hidden window). If then I start the browser,
it shows up the linked url.

Expected Results:  Open a browser window and show linked url's contents.

"Open the link in a new window" (context menu) still works.

I hadn't noticed that no browser window can be opened from either the leftmost
icon in taskbar or the throbber. Only the "Open the link in a new window" in
context menu or running mozilla.exe can bring up a browser window from Mozilla
mail client (if no browser window is already opened). Changing summary.
