STR for this issue.

1. Insert the headset and enable FM Radio to play any radio station.
2. Back to Home and launch Music.
3. Choose many songs to play in Music. 

Expected result:
1. FM Radio should disable and Music play song on its way.

Actual result:
1. The sound of Music and FM Radio are mixed in the first song. After switch to the second song automatically, the FM Radio is disabled.

It seems this issue is relative to Audio Channel Policy. Maybe one of you can take this bug.
