## Repro :
1. launch camera app
2. use adb and kill the process using -11

## Expected :
The crash submission screen would be full screen

## Actual :
You can see part of the bottom of the screen bleed through.

bug 836300 is probably the same type of problem...
I don't think this is related to bug 836300. It looks like a bad positionning.
My guess is that this is related to fullscreen mode.

Camera has fullscreen:true in its manifest.  Gallery does do, so it would be interesting to know if gallery has the same bug.

The Video app uses fullscreen, but does it manually without the setting in the manifest, so it would be good to know if video has the same bug or not.
