835989 - Project kickoff form: privacy bug filing changes

Two requests:

1. If "Other Party" is "Yes", the Privacy bug should be against the "Vendor Review" component, not the "Privacy Review" component.
2. A new radio button asking whether the bugs filed as a result of this form should be confidential. It should default to "no".

Sorry for the delay and hope to have this done soon. Couple of questions first:

Currently I am creating two Privacy related bugs based on how certain questions are asked.

1. Privacy-Policy Review:
   "Mozilla Data" == "Yes"
   OR
   "New or Change" == "New"
   OR 
   "Separate Party" == "Yes" AND "Data Access" == "Yes"

   Component: Privacy Review

2. Privacy / Vendor Review:
   "Separate Party" == "Yes" AND "Data Access" == "Yes" AND "Privacy Policy (Vendor)" == "Yes"

   Component: Vendor Review

Which one of these bugs are you referencing when you are asking for the component change?

Is this radio button specific to just the privacy bug you are asking for the change to or do you mean for the top level project review bug that is the parent bug of all of the dependencies? If the former, I can do that but if the latter then there is already a discussion about that going on in bug 817150.
