Details

After X failed PIN attempts the user is locked out and will see an error (bug 797930). The user should be able to click Forgot PIN, re-enter persona credentials, and proceed to reset the PIN. This was partially implemented in bug 822491 but we may need to unset the solitude "locked" flag.
