The browser is rendering the buttons on the left side
of the page incorrectly.  They are ending up with thick
black borders.  I think that is due to mozilla not
handling transparent gifs correctly

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.streetprices.com/
2. Look at buttons on the left hand side of the screen

Confirming. This is CSS related. The objects are not GIFs.

I have attached a reduced testcase from http://www.streetprices.com/

Please do take a look and see if the GIF is the main key to the bug or the CSS.
(I've spent over 4 hours playing with this bug...)

I have prepared a further reduced testcase package (compressed in zip).

I am not too sure (too tired and confused by all those GIF-related bugs) if this
testcase can give an insight or even solve the problem in Bug 77914 and Bug 78114.

OK. If they turn black only after refresh it is really a GIF problem (sorry
about the confusion). But it means it is a dup of either bug 78773, bug 80298 or
bug 80995 (the closest relative). In fact I believe thay all, together with the
transparent animated GIF bug 77914 are manifestation of the same problem
(transparent color is corrupted on a redraw).

For now changing the Component to ImageLib.
