836548 - set up new pxe module in mtv1

The DHCP next-server option in mtv1 currently points to mvadm01, which doesn't use the new pxe module (and will be dead soon?).

admin1a/b.private.mtv1 are still configured with cobbler.

If it's OK, I'll fix both of those.  Aj, any reason not to proceed?

:ckolos, :jlaz, :gozer - Aj says there are some labs- and services-specific kickstarts on this host.  Is there anything you actively use for installs, that I can make sure is implemented in the new module?

Yes, we use kickstart configs from that host. They'll be moved.

In the interim, I've changed next-server.  In a pinch, we can change it right back.

Nothing in there that smells labs- specific that I know of. Means it must be quite old, feel free to ignore.

I'd like to just get an overview of what was in there, for my education.

But we certainly don't need anything that's in there anymore, AFAIK.
