STR (1) Make such a build (2) Open settings and look at Developer options Or run "adb logcat | grep Launching" and then load an app. See message appear. Our console implementation has extremely high overhead; I thought we agreed elsewhere to disable it by default. The average user will have no idea what the logging is anyway.
Does anyone have cycles to flip this option off for "user" builds?
I'll take another stab at it...
