When creating events some servers (Oracle is one) will reject our request. This is a case where we are not following the ICAL standards so while it works on Google/Yahoo it might fail elsewhere.

Leo+ -- this is a v1-train specific fix that will allow the uplift of the TEF+ work from bug 867748.
