836906 - Add a "Saved" tab for logged in users

Once an app is saved to a person's saved list, we want to be able to access that list.  This bug is about:

- When a user logs in they can see a purchases tab.  Add a second tab to the page labeled "Saved"
- This view needs to work on desktop and mobile
- If someone installs an app from the "Saved" tab it moves to the purchased tab (even if it's free)
- there is a small "remove" link under the free/purchase buttons here which will simply remove the app from the list

Turns out the attachment is 9M and bugzilla didn't save it.  If I don't have it up on dropbox or something by the time this milestone rolls around just ask me for it.

Based on a demo at the show n' tell 2 weeks ago it looks like we will be able to do "send to phone" rather than "save app" (which was a work around.) I think we can close this bug.
