There's a new tab in the Advanced section, in Italian it's called "Condivisione Dati" ("Data sharing").
The tab is empty, though.

It's "Data Choices" in an English Nightly build.
This tab should be disabled on Aurora if it isn't used.

It's the Aurora build provided by Canonical (should be exactly like the official build: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-daily/+archive/firefox-aurora)

No, nothing at all.

Is the tab supposed to be actually enabled on Aurora or only on Nightly?

The pref pane refactor made it into 20 and thus current Aurora. However, Health Report should not be enabled (you should still see the crash reports and telemetry checkboxes assuming Ubuntu has these features enabled).

It's possible they have all these features disabled and thus there are no elements to display in the data privacy tab and the bug should be "don't show tab if no data reporting services enabled" or "show a placeholder message if no data reporting services are enabled."

Looking at the code, we have that tab protected by MOZ_DATA_REPORTING. It's possible this is a dupe of bug 837459. I guess we'll know once a new build with that patch is pushed out.
