Details

Go to www.mozilla.org.  Then press <Ctrl +> or <Ctrl -> to change the text size.

Expected result: Text changes size, tables redrawn with new size and everything
loks nice.

Observed result: Text changes size and there is much ugliness.

*Then* click the reload button.

Now the observed results change and look much better! (Why should the page
render differently after a reload?  None of the html source has changed.)
Karthik Sheka, what build are you using?  Sounds like bug 72181
