Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP production homepage https://marketplace.firefox.com/
Expected results:
There are 8 featured apps listed in the MP homepage in production.
Actual results:
Featured apps are missing.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF21 (Win 7 and Android 4.1.1). Issue is not reproducing on staging.
