windows and unix have different xpt file names. It looks like I added the unix file name to both windows and unix package lists. The last patch updates the windows package list to include the correct file while ignoring the nonexistant one. I could have change the exported filename in the makefile, but this is probably safer. I still need to check what the xpt file name is on the mac so that I can add it to the manifest file.

the mac typelib files are all in one xpt file for the xpcom module, so this is just a windows problem... john, can I get an r/sr from you for the patch.

sr=jband. Did it used to have a different name? Does this need to go on the list of files to *remove* at install time?
