steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the purchase button for Private yacht
2. When prompted to enter your PIN, enter it incorrectly for 5 times
3. There is an error message saying you have entered the PIN incorrectly many times and need to sign in. Tester is prompted to Sign in
4. Sign in

expected behavior:
User is prompted to reset their PIN or proceed with the purchase.

This is not reproducible anymore. After a 5 mins pin lockout, user is asked to reset the PIN.
