83723 - Finder window for installer folder is very tall, uses list view

- download the installer stub from mozilla or sweetlou
- dbl click the folder in the finder

expected:
- should be just large enough to show all 3 icons
- should be in icon view with the installer icon at the top and prominantly places

actual:
- finder window is about 1000px tall, despite only having 3 items
- view is list view, installer app not very prominant

this applies to commercial builds as well. samir said this shoudl go to jj

probably ok to not have this for beta (though it would be nice!) but we really
should get this for RTM. Good first impression, low impact.

I actually already have a patch for the packaging automation to take care of 
this.
