837422 - No indication of Time zone/location on first run app Date & Time screen

STR
1/ Start with a new profile
2/ Tap next until you reach Date & Time screen
3/ Look at Time zone

Actual Result
1/ Time zone says "UTC +00:00 Greenwich Mean Time" though when you press Change you see that "Pacific Ocean" is selected.
2/ Next row says GMT though pressing Change shows "Pago Pago" is selected.

Expected result
1/ Time zone reflects current setting i.e. "UTC -11:00 Samoa Standard Time"
2/ Next row reflects current setting i.e. "SST"

Same here, at least in the desktop builds. Can't tell about real devices. A few things are different though:

It defaults to Pago Pago here, where it used to be "UTC +00:00 Greenwich Mean Time" for a long while. "Pacific Ocean" is selected in the list after pressing Change though.

After selecting Europe in step 1, it still says Pago Pago here, as well as Pacific next to the Change button, though selecting this again shows that Europe has been selected. Also, the second button still holds Pago Pago next to it after Amsterdam has been selected. Last, the third (date) button allows to change the date format, but like above, the screen still displays English date format.

In short:
- Timezone line does not update
- Continent does not update
- Date does update, but keeps English format *
- Time updates well

* In case of a l10n error or separate (or needed) bug, please let me know.

This got fixed along the way, we now update the timezone name and highlight on the map both when changing timezones.
