Steps to reproduce:

Problem persist on random pages, for example: http://www.nfohump.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=75190&start=120

At this moment only with Windows 8 and HWA on with AMD GPU driver in version: 12.10 -> 13.2

I'm only reporting this bug, I can't reproduce this at nVidia driver

Yes it's my bug then Semtex for reporting :) I can easily reproduce it immediately so if need some details just inform me

Maybe duplication of Bug 837579
