837615 - Wrong position of text selection handle inside iframe

Steps to reproduce:

I tap a text field inside an IFrame. There are a few <br> tags above the IFrame.


Actual results:

The text selection handle is positioned far away from the text field.


Expected results:

The text selection handle should be positioned beside the text field.

This definitely sounds like a bug we should fix.

I know that text selection for regular text accounts for frames, but I'm not sure if we ever fixed this for text selection inside inputs.

Brian, have you run into this at all?

It sounds like this should have been fixed by bug 846102.

In the latest nightly build the position of the selection handle is correct.

But I am not able to move the handle to a position inside the text field. The handle is always positioned at the beginning of the text.

It seems that there is still some problems inside IFrames.
