837782 - [B2G][Email] Missing "Always Display Images" Option in email settings

When selecting email settings there is no option to select "Always display images"

Repro Steps
1. Launch Email Application
2. Click on Settings Icon
3. View what is listed

Expected
There is an option in Email Settings to select or unselect "Display email images".  Images are automatically loaded if the "Display email images" option is selected in Email settings

Actual
When opening settings all that is listed is Default account, Account type, Synchronize, Credentials, IMAP Settings and SMTP settings.  There is no location in settings where you can select or unselect "Always Display Images".

Resolving Test Case Invalid as per the results of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=837782.  Will update Test Case accordingly.

Actually reopening this and marking it as an enhancement for a future version.  email will load faster without images, which is nice on a mobile device.

Test case was disabled for v1.

Duping to the user story on this; this bug was an artifact of the moztrap test cases being written against the initial UX wireframes.
