As a user, I want to be able to import my contacts from Hotmail so that I can easily connect with my friends without manually adding contacts.

The UX basically reflects what is already in place for Facebook contacts import.

We have already started creating test cases for this new feature. Parts of the WF are being changed, so we still have not complete the test case creation.
