I have tested it with late writes. Finishing a windows build so I can test it with hangs too.

I assume you meant "the number of the late write"?
Btw, I have actually no idea what a late write is. Is it something delayed by a hang?

It is a write that happens late in the shutdown process. I have reported 839039 to fix the copy and paste.
