838221 - new "banners" for MDN home page

Replacing 3 current square banners on the MDN home page (Learn, Demo, Social API) with new banners, and possible redesigning the 4th, Firefox for Devs to match the look and feel of the new banners

Banners:
*Firefox OS for Developers (using the new visual identity from Pete/John) - something along the lines of the art being created for MWC would be great.
*Develop Web Apps - using Devhub/Marketplace visual identity & artwork
*Firefox Mobile for Developers - Firefox for Android art

Need this for MWC - if we can have by Feb 8th or 9th it would be really fantastic as we need a fair bit of time for the development on the home page.

How about we shoot for the 11th as a due date? (the 9th is Saturday)

- the titles had more text than current badges, so I went with left aligned stack for the text, right aligned artwork.  
- the soft mouseover should still work fine, except sliding in from the right instead of bottom
