Please re-deploy the browserid-certifier component that powers bigtent in stage.

I've created a proper train release:

No Changes are needed on the bigtent side, for this deployment of certifier.

On the bigtent-yahoo{1,2}.idweb the certifier code was deployed but is error exiting:

I'm guessing the config has 'hostname' which is now called 'issuer_hostname'.

config/local.json-dist has an example of a valid config.

Sorry about that.
