steps to reproduce:
1. Try to make an app purchase from an unsupported country like Romania


observed behavior:
After setting up the PIN, we load a blank page.

We should be showing them an informative user message and navigating them back to the app details page.

Keir told me that they automatically revert to a generic mozilla error page. So, we need to check that we are giving the right page for Bango to point to.
