Details

If security.mixed_content.block_active_content is set to true,
* All the icons in the interface are grayed out.
* All the menu options under Edit and View are grayed out.
* Both lower panes are blank.

Firefox 18.0.1, Windows 7 over here.
Also reported by another user on Mac OS X.

Reporter, is this still an issue for you? I imagine it must already be fixed because there's no way AdBlock Plus would stay broken for so long after mixed content blocker was enabled by default.

This bug report was about DOM Inspector 2.0.13. I don't see why you changed it to Adblock Plus. From what I can see, Adblock Plus didn't even have a 2.0.13 version.

In any case, it's no longer an issue. Resolving as WORKSFORME.
