[COST CONTROL] 5 minutes counter to receive the confirmation of the topup for prepaid VIVO SIMs is not working

Tested in unagi with Gecko-066b9d7.Gaia-f7f5a0c.
STR:
1-Open cost control app with a prepaid VIVO SIM inserted
2-Go to Credit details view
3-Tap in the topup with code button
4-Input a code (valid or invalid)
5-Press send
6-Press X button to go back to the previous screen
Expected result --> A 5 minutes countdown is shown until the confirmation message is received
Actual result --> A 00:00 countdown is shown...
